GARDEN TOURS AND GALLERY IN THE GARDEN EVENT
The Classic Garden will once again host a rain or shine garden tour on July 14, 2018.
Our 2018 tour theme is It’s All About the Gardens!
There will be several gardens and so much to see – large and small, many styles, themes and purposes: potagers overflowing with produce, ornamental perennials, trimmed hedges and wildflower gardens, interesting structures, winding pathways, a long allee, shade gardens, colour themed gardens, expanses of green lawn, and scenic views of beyond the garden. On this tour you will see it all! Join us Saturday, July 14th at The Centre at 671 Main Street to register and pick up your map of the participating gardens. Registration is $10. This tour is a well marked self guided tour. You can register any time during the day but if you want to see it all, we recommend you start right at 10am.
Every second year we host Gallery in the Garden. This event will return in 2019 with the work of approximately 30 professional and budding artists coming together to display their work in several private gardens, each a work of art on their own. Artist’s pieces will include sculptures, carvings, paintings, pottery, quilts, glass work and creations of wood. Stay tuned for announcements of the 2019 Gallery event on this page and on our facebook page. The registration fee for the gallery is $30. View our 2017 garden galleries here.
The Classic Garden will host Country Markets from July to September 2018 at The Centre (671 Main St. in Birtle, MB). These will be Rain or Shine events. They will be outdoors but in case of inclement weather, vendors will be indoors. We invite vendors to call for more info or to book a table ($15).

TREE AND SHRUB ORDERS FOR SPRING 2019 DELIVERY:
Thanks to everyone who has supported our annual tree and shrub plant sale fundraiser. If you have something you know you want for next year, you can give us your order now. We submit it for spring delivery. We ask that you provide a post dated cheque for May 15, 2019. This is a great way to ensure you get exactly what you want. We limit choices on our order form to plant selections well-suited to our climate but we are able to order many more varieties and sizes than we can list. Please let us know if there is something special you are looking for. Email email@example.com for more info or call Shonda at 204-842-3704 or Val at 204-842-3660.
